FNC Industrial Park rents at very affordable prices modern industrial halls and production, storage and logistics premises with heights between 3.6 and 15 metres and sizes between between 50 and over 5000 square metres

Our customers are from various fields of activity, but mainly from the industry AUTOMOTIVE (Voestapline, KSS etc.).In this respect, some halls are already prepared with underground conveyor belts for the evacuation of scrap metal, low and high tonnage overhead travelling cranes power busbars for the connection of power-hungry machine tools, places already for the planting of high-tonnage presses, so there is no need for additional investment.

The halls have three-phase 380V and single-phase 220V power, industrial ramps, parking spaces including for heavy goods vehicles, heavy goods scales, are 24/24 video surveillance and monitored by specialised security guards, water, gas and electricity meters electricity are separated from the rest of the tenants, and thanks to the optimal location, for access on the platform, there are no city access charges.
