Located in the western part of Arad, right at the entrance to the city, in direct connection with the Pan-European Corridor IV, the FNC Industrial Park is an important pawn in the development of the city Arad in particular and the western part of Romania in general.
The entire park covers an area of 70,000 square metres and contains modern
industrial halls and with heights ranging from 3.6 to 15 metres and sizes between
50 to over 5000 metres (sizes that can be modified according to the customer's needs,
due to the fact that most of them are arranged side by side)
office space of various sizes, grain storage silos and
storage areas for parking spaces including for large vehicles.
Multi-tonne crane spaces are available from 2.8 to 25 tonnes.
The FNC industrial park is fed by two high-voltage lines, each of 20MW, a main one and a back-up in case of any power failure. As the platform has own high-power transformer substation, the halls are supplied with energy at the power required by the each individual tenant, with electricity consumption guaranteed at an unbeatable price.
The FNC platform offers optimal conditions for hosting companies from various industries in especially the automotive industry, as well as for the development of new businesses in various industrial fields of competence.
Our customers are from various fields of activity, but mainly from the industry automotive. In this respect, some halls are already prepared with underground conveyor belts for the evacuation of scrap metal, low and high tonnage overhead travelling cranes power busbars for the connection of power-hungry machine tools, places already for the planting of high-tonnage presses, so there is no need for additional investment.
Vehicles of any type have access to the platform - via the two entrances/exits - with no tonnage limit, and thanks to its optimal location, at the entrance from the Deva - Arad ring road, for access to the the industrial park, no access charges are payable.
The platform has its own gas pressurisation plant directly from the main pipeline which ensures any quantity consumed at the same flow rate and pressure regardless of season. It also has water directly from the city's main water main, with a constant flow and pressure regardless of consumption needs
At the same time, the platform benefits from its own complete winter de-icing
system.
Each hall has its own offices and has all utility
meters separated from the rest tenants.
